We hold the majority of our stock in Auckland, and other stock with distributors based all around New Zealand.
All our items come with free delivery as standard on all orders. We do our upmost best to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, once an order has been processed and payment received, you will get a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order and payment.
Orders for products which are in stock with us in Auckland, if placed before 1pm, should be received the next business day. If placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, these orders will be handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
The majority of the time, deliveries to urban areas can be overnight, however please allow 3 working days for delivery, as this covers busier times, items out of stock for a day or two and busy times with the courier companies. We do not pass on the additional charge that we are charged for delivering to rural delivery addresses.
Please note some orders are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse to deliver to New Zealand. The shipping times are currently 7-14 working days, we are currently working on reducing our shipping times and hopefully get faster shipping times in the future, Covid-19 has had a great impact on delivery times. If you have not received your order within above time frame, just let us know and we will be happy to investigate.
Please also note we don’t ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
Please make the necessary notes if you wish the courier to leave your parcel in a safe and secure area at your given address.
NON DELIVERY CLAIMS
Our courier partner has a limited time period for non delivered items. Please contact us between 10 and 14 days after making full payment if goods have not yet arrived. Non delivery claims over 14 days will be rejected, no exceptions, so it is important to communicate with us within 10-14 days if goods have not been received.
