Lulla now comes in a beautiful strong gift box and includes a signature calico wash bag for machine washing.

Lulla comes with a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty.  The Lulla doll operates on 2 X AA batteries and the developers of Lulla highly recommend the use of rechargeable batteries for both environmental and economic reasons.

Please do not use Lithium batteries with the Lulla doll by doing so you will void your warranty. Use good quality rechargeable or alkaline batteries.

Any returns claims will need Lulla returned to us for assessment. Reports from the manufacturer are that genuine faults are very rare with Lulla. Please ensure you read the instructions carefully before use, especially points such as that you need to hold the button down for 3 seconds to start Lulla. It does not start the instant it is touched, so that a child rolling on or cuddling Lulla doesn’t turn it off or on.
